To address the reviewers’ comments on my article, I will need to re-run an analysis using Metaboanalyst version 5. However, after submitting data in metaboanalyst and clicking proceed, the next page did not come.

Version 6 mainly added several new modules, and updated the compound databases (i.e. HMDB and KEGG). The only changes (compared to v5.0) could be related to functional analysis. However, this is necessary - you don’t want your results to be outdated before it gets published.
