In my data, I have three time points for all my samples, so I wanted to use the analysis type “statistical analysis (metadata table)”. I prepared the data and the metadata table exactly as shown in the tutorial for “time-series data only”. However, when I upload both tables to MetaboAnalyst, it passes the integrity check but still reports that the data are not paired. Do you know what the problem might be?
