I am attempting to upload a reference metabalome for analysis.
When I upload the list it states that 63 samples were not matched to HMDB compound names.
I checked the the names using the conversion tool in utilities and all the names check out. All the HMDB IDs also checkout.
I even tried the compounds given as an example for the reference metabalome on the website and still the same result stating 66 they were not matched to HMDB compound names. I am uploading the names as a single column.
Could you please provide some advice on how to handle this?
