Hello! I am experiencing a problem with generating a PCA 2D scores plot of all of our treatment groups in MetaboAnalyst today (9.17.24). While the Overview tab shows a PCA with all of the treatment groups in the analysis (top image), the 2D Scores Plot tab will either send me to a 404 error or populate with a PCA of only 2 treatment groups (bottom image).
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated! Thank you!
