I am unable to perform a T-test when using 6.0 to analyze data previously analyzed on 5.0. I think this is related to the name of a certain metabolite, because I created several sets of data using these metabolite names for testing, and the problem has persisted, but I cannot confirm which one is among the hundreds of metabolites. I don’t think it’s important to confirm which metabolite is causing the problem, what’s important is that there may be some kind of bug when reading metabolite names in 6.0. I hope this issue can be resolved.
