I am having issues with the MEBA analysis, I get the table with the name of the metabolites and the accompanying hotelling-T2 value but when I click the metabolite there is no image comming up.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

It should work. If it does not work, then it is likely to be related to your data. For instance, the feature name contains special characters. I can only guess unless you follow our post guideline
