In the metabolome view pathway analysis scatter plot (example seen on How to interpret the metabolome view (pathway analysis)?), is there a way to label the nodes with all the pathway names (rather than hovering over each one to show the names)?

It generally looks very bad since many labels overlap. If you scroll down, there is a results table with all pathway names.
Yes, I see results table but I’m hoping to create a more integrated figure with labels (even small ones to limit overlap) if possible.
This is not possible with MetaboAnalyst. You can add labels manually after downloading the image.
