Job seems to be stuck

After submitting job, it says “Please define your running plan …” and the progress bar is stuck at 37%. How do I define the running plan? and what is the running plan?

For your case, please at least provide your Job ID or send an reproducible example to zhiqiang.pang[at]xialab.ca for further checking.

Thank you Zhiqiang. Apparently, running 3 jobs simultaneously were causing problems. I deleted them and ran one at a time and it worked.
