Hi, I’ve been trying to install MetaboAnalystR package in R but I keep encountering errors. I even attempted using older versions of R, but then ran into issues with installing the required dependencies.
I have already tried all the suggested solutions provided on your website, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. I’d like to ask whether the package is still actively supported and functional in R, or if it is no longer maintained.
Did anyone have the same problems with the installation??
The package is actively maintained - many new features have been added recently. However, due to limited resources, we only support Linux environment - same as our development environment. You can encouraged to use the MetaboAnalyst web site.
