Am uploading my data file and the checking data content shows up as passed, but the website crashes down for me whenever i press on PCA, it processes it then i get the generic error landing page but it only happens to the PCA all other sections in the generic format are working for me.
I guess your data is very large.
PCA is slow due to PERMANOVA to test signficance of pair-wise score plots. I reduce it to compute top 3 PCs for large data, maybe it will solve this issue (please wait for server update in ~24 hrs)

Before this, I can analyse the PCA using my data, now I can’t analyse the PCA using the same data. I think it must be fix. I can generated all of the submenu like PLSDA, it shows the result, except the PCA
