I am having issues with getting the heatmap to complete, it keeps running but nothing happens. I also experience weird issues with PCA. I can complete the analysis but cannot get the 2D scores plot to load. All other PCA plots seem fine. Are anyone else experiencing similar problems? How do I report this?
