Hi,
I was using the Functional Analysis [LC-MS] to analyzed my data, but got an error/malfunction.
It seems if I selected both the Mummichog and GSEA algorithms for the analysis, it will crashed. But if I only used one of them, it worked fine. Same issue happened when I tried the examples provide from the website.
Could you help here? It will be very helpful if I can use that both algorithms together again.
