I am trying to use the ‘enrichment analysis’ tool to perform over-representation analysis. I keep getting an error when trying to upload the reference metabolome (see below). It indicates that the HMDB ID’s cannot be matched, but this doesn’t make sense because I had used MetaboAnalyst to create the list so I know all of these ID’s are included in the MetaboAnalyst database. It is no better if I input the common names. This error has been present for several months - please help!
