Dear Scientists,
I have performed my data for heatmap, dendogram and PLS-DA and VIP analyses, however,
I cannot perform Enrichment analysis and Pathway Impact analysis,
Error screen keeps coming “Enrichment analysis for multiple group is not well defined” although subset my data to two groups to proceed. I have the initial data in csv format,
anyone who could help is greatly appreciated,
