For the past 2 days, I am having an issue during the data upload step. The files are .d files first msconverted to mzml and then zipped.
I am uploading them with associated metadata txt file.
It does not show any error message or anything till the last step. MBA uploads all the files but at the last step when I say proceed it kicks me out and says shows the error message of please upload data before proceeding.
Have repeated to upload at different times but have no idea what causes the issue.
Any help is greatly appreciated
