Hi, I’m trying to perform PCA on my data. I have a large dataset that includes both mock and infected conditions. When I want to perform PCA on just mock samples, I go to the data editor, select the editor groups, and use the exclude buttons to exclude the infected samples. The result is that when I go for the PCA or the Heatmap, all the conditions appear. It has been 2 weeks now, and some posts related to the same issue have been created. I hope you will shortly fix these errors, since the platform depends on the work of many researchers. Thank you

i have the same issue as well, i dont even know if the t test and fold change are correct or not , since these data pic dont show sample names
