ANOVA2 and MEBA doesn't work

Hello to everyone,
When I try to do ANOVA2 and MEBA with this time-series data + one factor, I have some problems with the data editor, and my data aren’t aligned with the time-series format, and the order isn’t the same as the csv files attached. For this reason the error that I experience is “Unknown error occurred.”
Can anyone explain to me why the errors happen there? I followed the same test data format.
Datatable_METABO.csv (1.3 MB)
METADATA TABLE_metaboanalyst.csv (25.2 KB)

I am having the same problem with the ANOVA2 using Multiple Factors/covariates. I am using exactly the same data and metadata table as I was using ~ 1 week ago and I get the same “Unknow error occured”. And actually, I have tried with the example data and even that one is not working either, so, no problem on my data formating.
Thank you

Please read and follow our post guideline.

  1. Tool used: Statistical analysis [metadata table], Data Type: Peak intensities, Study Design: Time-series+one factor, Data Format: Sample in rows.
2 Copy of my data find attached to the top of the topic.
3 Steps leading to the issues: 1st: upload the data (ok, no issue), 2nd: data check (ok, no issue), 3rd: metadata check (ok), 4th: data filtering (I left the standard parameters, no issue), 5th: Normalization (log2 transformation and paretoscaling), 6th: ANOVA2 (Study design: within subjects, multiple testing correction: false discovery rate, adjusted p-value cutoff: 0.05, two metadata of interest: phenotype, time. Issue: Error, Unknown error occured.

Thanks for the details. See below, for time series data analysis, the study design should be balanced (i.e. equal sample size in each time points)
