Hi,
I am trying to upload converted .mzXML samples onto MetaboAnalyst for MS spectral processing. I previously have tried these samples before, and they worked completely fine (parameters were auto-optimised). I am now trying to re-upload them in hopes of optimising the parameters myself. However, whenever I try to do so, I get an error saying, “Wrong server instance. Use dev server instead.” I am not too sure as to why this is, as I have been doing the exact same thing I did previously. I refreshed the page, reopened Metaboanalyst.ca as well, but to no avail.
I did not use my account to upload the data as I previously had an issue where I was constantly being logged out.
