I have ever used the functional analysis to look at the pathway and enrichment analysis with version 5.0. I succesfully got the results. But when I tried to do exactly same dataset with same parameter with current version 6.0. It did not give any result.
functional analysis → a peak intensity table → negative, 5 ppm, yes - Minutes, generic, samples in column
sampel normalization: normalized by sum, log transformation, pareto scaling;
set parameters: p = 0.05, mummichog, 2.0, scatter or heatmaps, with house mouse KEGG library.
If you could help check what happened, I’ll appreciate it.
