I noticed there are 4 versions of the housekeeping genes B2M, H6PD, RPLP0, and RPLP1. This is not the case with the Japanese quail chips. Why are there four different wells for each housekeeping gene mentioned for cormorant chips? Also, I did not find ACTB housekeeping gene on this sheet, though it was present in the quail chip.
