Why am I unable to view the pathway analysis graphics?

Using pathway analysis, you may sometimes find that the graphics no longer appear in your web-browser, but that the results table is still visible. In this case, you may see “Failed to process the request!” appear on the page.

  • Clear your web-browser history and cookies, then retry the pathway analysis. If this does not solve the issue
  • Notify the developer team with necessary details (data + steps)
