We are going to analysis a biger cohort study of non-target metabiome with each raw file of more than 400M capacity. Local deployment of MetaboAnalyst is the best way for data analysis processing.
But the link for web framework file on about page has been broken for downloading. So, where to download the war file of MetaboAnalyst 5.0 for local deployments, pls?

Please install MetaboAnalystR to perform this analysis. We haven’t officially supported web-based installation because of maintenance and sustainability challenges. The older web versions (MetaboAnalyst 4.0 and 5.0) are outdated and should not be pursued.
