Currently, MetaboAnalyst only accepts open-source formats of raw spectra data, including “mzML”, “mzXML”, “cdf” and “mzData”. Other vendor data formats are not supported for now.
Please perform data conversion before uploading with Proteowizard if your data are not provided in any format above.
It is highly recommended to convert the raw MS data into centroid mode to reduce the uploading time. (See “How to convert raw spectra data into centroid mode?”)
