Hello.
I’ve been using metaboanalyst for a couple of years now and I even analyzed this .csv file a couple of weeks ago and it gave the typical volcano plot. I am redoing the analysis after making some modifications to the molecule list and now it is giving me this volcano plot. Clearly the molecules are passing the FC and p-value thresholds but the circles are not coming up. Any ideas why this is happening?
