I am performing a metaanalysis between 4 datasets, all of which have significantly different metabolites in them and have been included in all stages (i.e. analysis, visualisation). however when i get to the upset plots only three of the four datasets is being plotted (as well as the intersections between them). its like the fourth one is not getting included for some reason. i have not used this before so not sure if i have done something incorrectly, have attached some screenshots for ease - first two show that all 4 datasets seem to be included but disappear when i plot
also to add it seems to be working fine with the example data which is also 4 datasets
