I have my LC-MS data in an excel sheet and have done a lot of processing in excel (e.g normalising, filtering etc), now I would like to do PCA in order to identify the outlier. My data are from a clinical trial (treatment and placebo group) with blood taken at different time points. Unfortunately, I have never used MetaboAnalyst someone just informed me to check it up. Now that when I tried to upload my excel datasheet it is not going through. How do I upload this data and do PCA analysis and identify outliers? Thankx very much…
