Unknown Error Occurred in Functional Analysis data input

In the functional analysis tool, I am getting the below “unknown error” using the data input attached. The parameters are also provided in the screenshot. I have tried several renditions of my input peak intensity table and continue to get this error. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your data format is generic format (standard for MetaboAnalyst). You will see the issues based on the error message after this change.
