I am having issues with generating the PDF report within the LC-MS Spectra Processing tool. I am unable to generate the report when I run my own data or when I run the provided sample data. I have attempted using different browsers, incognito tabs, and clearing my cache/cookies and in each case I am still unable to download the PDF report. Please let me know if there is something else I can do to resolve this problem! The attached screenshot is after running the sample data “A small example dataset for demo purposes, containing 10 spectra (UPLC-Q/E-ESI-, C18) organized into three groups (Healthy, Crohn’s Disease and QC) from [Lloyd-Price et al.]”.
