I was able to generate a PDF the first time I uploaded data into metaboanalyst today, but the pdf stopped generating. I tired multiple browsers and resaved new CSV files and nothing is working. I also re-uploaded the CSV file where the PDF report worked, but metaboanalyst failed to generate the PDF report again. I read through other threads on here for the same issue, but there is no explanation on how to fix this error. Thanks in advance.
