Two way ANOVA for LC-MS/MS with 7000 proteins

I am using MetaboAnalyst to run my proteomics data (LC-MS/MS). However, since I have a large number of proteins (~7000) and I am doing a two-way ANOVA (metadata table), part of my data when passing through the variance filter is cut off (40%). I would like to keep these proteins to run the statistics, so I tried to do it in R program using your package. I am having an error downloading this package, as it does not find the path of the gfrotran package. I would like to know if you have any suggestions on what I can do to run this data correctly in MetaboAnalyst platform or in R program with the same parameters as MetaboAnalyst.

Thank you,

Fully understand.

To use web, you can upgrade to the pro version which essentially removes the limits on the public server.

To use R package, you must solve the gfortran issue - it is related to your local environment, not related to MetaboAnalystR package.

I noticed that MetaboAnalyst Pro is paid software. I am a PhD student at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and I have been using MetaboAnalyst in my analyses of primary and secondary metabolites and proteomics. I am very interested in accessing the PRO version to further my studies, but the cost converted to our currency is quite high.

I would like to know if there is a special plan or discount for students to facilitate software access.

I appreciate your attention and look forward to your response.
