Troubleshooting help

I was attempting to preform a functional analysis on a peaks table in Metaboanalyst pro → Functional analysis and I keep receiving the troubleshooting error saying its unique to may data. The table has already passed the general processing data steps. I’m not very experienced and would appreciate extra eyes to help me see where I’m going wrong.

I did:
select functional analysis → peak intensity table
changed the retention time to yes-seconds, samples in columns and uploaded my data
Gs195acc_142peak_log2area.xlsx - Gs195acc_142peak_log2area.csv (282.9 KB)
submit
submit on each of the data processing steps
normalize only using mean centering
algorithm mummichog
organism Glycine max [KEGG]
once I submit, I receive the Generic error landing page

I’m sure its something I’ve not done or inputted incorrectly however, I don’t have the experience yet to know what that is. All help is very appreciative .

David, is this the complete data? I see it contains ~140 peaks. The mummichog requires complete peaks from hi-resolution LC-MS (>1000 peaks) to be functional properly. A general rule of thumb (for human biofluids) is the data should contain at least 3000 peaks. You can see more details from our Nature Protocol
