Hello，I have two groups and two time-points. The blood was collected at two time-points from each individual. I want to use time-series + one experimental factor to do the analysis. But there is unknown error when I use this. I want to ask if time-series + one experimental factor is fit to our data which have only two time-points? If it is not fit, which analysis could I use to analyze out data? Thank you very much!
