I am facing error in Statistics-one-facto
I am uploading data matrix in desired format and after that missing value estimation, then Normalization of data to gaussian distribution of data, then going for T-test analysis it is showing error.
while FC (fold change) is working.

Unless you show the issue using our example data (which one), you must provide your data so we can reproduce the issue - which could be due to unique issues in your data
