I am trying to do statisical analysis with 3 paired samples (blood, tissue and tumor from the same patient). Is it possible? I have 5 patients, and I can only find procedures for 2 paired samples.
I tried to put on the first raw the patient number as follow:
12_6_Blood 12_6_Tumor 12_6_Tissue 12_8_Blood 12_8_Tumor 12_8_Tissue 12_9_Blood 12_9_Tumor 12_9_Tissue 12_10_Blood 12_10_Tumor 12_10_Tissue 12_5_Blood 12_5_Tumor 12_5_Tissue
And on the next raw, the conditions:
Blood Tumor Tissue Blood Tumor Tissue Blood Tumor Tissue Blood Tumor Tissue Blood Tumor Tissue
But I keep having errors when uploading the file. I have my samples by columns.
Should I just do the stat Blood vs Tissue and then Tissue vs Tumor ?
