Statistical analysis (one factor) totally broken

While uploading the data and performing normalization, the expected plot does not appear, and it is not possible to download the results. Instead, the system redirects to a troubleshooting page.

Additionally, when attempting to run the volcano plot analysis, no graph is generated. A similar issue occurs with PCA analysis: in some cases, the plot does not appear, and at times the analysis cannot even be executed. The same situation is observed for correlation analysis and heat map generation.

In summary, it seems that the entire statistical analysis section is currently non-functional.

I would greatly appreciate your support in reviewing this issue.

I have also been having this issue! I keep getting similar errors when plugging in the same exact data I did successfully a month ago. It’s only for specific ones too, some files work totally fine and others do not.
