Statistical Analysis [one factor] - Data Uploading Issues!

Hi all,
I’m having issues uploading my datafile into the Statistical Analysis [one factor] module. I’ve selected unpaired samples in columns using peak intensities and my sample/label names look like this:

I’ve tried combinations using mz/RT with RT being in minutes or seconds to no available. Uploading this .csv only returns a red “ErrorFailed to read in the CSV file. Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant): Unknown Error Occurred” error box. I had no issues with this data using MetaboAnalyst 5.0 in the past.

Any ideas? I can successfully upload the example lcms_table data set, which I’ve tried to emulate.
