We urgently ask for help in getting the issues with the sPLS function of MetaboAnalyst fixed. As a group leader from the Medical University of Graz, it seems hard to believe to me that these problems are still not solved after more than two weeks!
I just notice your post (it was not tagged with MetaboAnalyst, now corrected). The issue was introduced during our system upgrade. It was soon reported by several users which allowed us to fix it quickly. If you still experience the issue, please provide more details.
