I followed the template guidelines for uploading my data into the textbox for SSP (enrichment analysis) but when I press submit (after filling in the appropriate input type, feature type and bio fluid) the site reloads, then deletes the data I pasted into the textbox. So the page looks the same as before and after I submitted my data instead of going to the next step.
Any help would be much appreciated
