Hi, does anyone know of any free software similar to Metaboanalyst for Proteomics? I have MS data the serum of some patients which have already been labelled with the names of the proteins, and I wish to do pathway analysis. Could a kind soul point me towards any software that can help accomplish the task? Thanks in advance!
