I am trying to use the sample normalisation feature for my MSI data. However, for some csv files the drop down menu for normalisation by reference feature is completely empty. I’ve compared the CSV layout for files that do/do not allow me to select a mass and other than a different number of peaks everything seems the same. Can anyone help please?
