I would like to perform a ROC curve analysis for a set of metabolic data belonging to two groups of salivary samples (case vs healthy controls) adjusting them by covariates (sex, age, and smoking status). I do not know how to do this using Metaboanalyst 6.0.
I am able to upload the MTD table in the Biomarker Analysis block, but I do not know how to use it for adjusting my ROC curves during the analysis. Alternatively, I uploaded the MTD table in the Statistical analysis [metadata table] block of Metaboanalyst, but I am do not find how to perform ROC curves in this module.
Is it possible to adjust the ROC curves by covariates with Metaboanalyst 6.0? How can I do? Thank you for your help!
