Since last week, i am using MetaboAnalyst to analyze my data. Even though i am finishing the analysis and i am preceding to the download of the zip files i cannot generate the PDF report.
Of note, when i am compare two groups the report is generated. When i have five or seven test groups i get not report.

Report generation is not a research per se and is time consuming to maintain. We have decided to leave report generation as it is (no further support & development).
