If I click No, the popup disappears. If I click yes, it doesn’t go anywhere. Stuck at the first step after uploading files. How can I fix it? Thanks for the help.
Hello, could you please check if your unzipped files end with R1.fastq/R2.fastq and the metadata contains all the uploaded files?
