Raw data processing - paired end

I successfully uploaded my raw data and my metadata file, but then it asked |We noticed your data is paired-ended, right?|
I clicked right, but after a loading time, the question did not disappear. I have clicked yes several times, but it did not change anything.
Can you help me?

In microbiomeanalyst Raw Sequencing Data Upload,

Data were collected with Illumina Miseq.
