Raw Data Processing issue

Hello
there seem to have a problem with the raw data processing. Samples are uploading but the analysis fails. This is also true for the examples provided.

Thank you. I tried to upload data and also the examples, but the issue remains and I cannot process the data beyond trimming (which I think may be the issue as the graphs are not displayed).

I tried to the ‘Raw data processing’ function and I face the same problem. Samples are uploading, but the analysis fails after 3%.
