I’m running sPLS-DA on NMR binned data and I would like to get R2,Q2 and accuracy numbers from this. I found the option to do this using PLSDA, but it seems to be missing from sPLSDA. Is there a way to get these numbers, or is it not commonly used for sPLSDA?
