First i have run my RHistory via the web for trying if the data structure worked:
Lipidomics_Trial_Rhistory.txt (7.6 KB)
My script LipidAnalyst.R has file.choose() for the filepath.
Then I copied my RHistory into an R file and run it via RStudio. It worked well until the creation of the ANOVA graphics, with the following sessionInfo() and errors:

The error appear for PlotANOVA in stats_univariates.R
