When you generate the PCA, the PERMANOVA value does not appear.
I guess you refer to the pairwise score plot. This is turned off for large data (~100 samples or above) due to computational cost
However, you can still get PERMANOVA in the 2D score plot (just one at a time)
The 2D PCA and PLS-DA Plots are not generating properly and are not displaying. Upon download, there are no images with these plots either. I am being redirected to a HTTP Status 404 - Not Found each time, no matter how many times I try, all the other features seem to be okay, though. Is this a new bug? It worked properly a few days ago. @xia.lab
Most likely due to large data and/or computing capacity during peak time. Can you see this with our example data?
