After processing spectra using MetaboAnalyst and proceeding to the one factor statistical analysis (through “start new journey”), I am unable to view the normalization plot images. No combination of transformations, normalizations, or scaling yields a plot image. Instead, an icon of a broken image appears on the Edge browser, and nothing appears on Firefox. Furthermore, I am also unable to view the plots of many other statistical analyses when proceeding after normalizing. I can see the fold change analysis, t-tests, and anovas, however I cannot see PCAs, random forests, PLSDAs, and more.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
