“Please define your running plan …”

Hello,
I’m a new user. I’m using Metaboanalyst to process LC-MS data.
I uploaded the zipped files to Metaboanalyst, but when I submit the job, this error appears “Please define your running plan …” and the progress bar remains at 0%

How can I solve it?
